Product Description

 

A safe cleaner and sterilizer which is a powerful, biodegradable, water based degreaser, oil dispersant and sanitizer.  

GREEN UP CARTS is a powerful non chlorinated cleaner for the cleaning of metallic surfaces  Does not damage rubber, plastic, metal or stainless steel surfaces

GREEN UP  CARTS has been proven to be a versatile cleaning agent where degreasing cleaning or a fast drying solvent cleaner is required.

GREEN UP CARTS is a water based degreaser and oil dispersant which contains a strong bactericide. It is a versatile cleaning agent. It is effective against a wide range of microorganisms including Gram positive/negative bacteria, pathogenic food related bacteria, yeasts and fungi.
GREEN UP CARTS is a non tainting, free rinsing, streak free, cleaner for food environments where the sterilization of surfaces is also required.
GREEN UP CARTS is made from renewable natural raw materials –glucose derived from corn, and fatty alcohols from coconut and palm.
This product is very mild, low in toxicity and readily biodegradable

Applications

This product is ideal for meat and food cleaning. It effectively removes animal fats and protein residues, while being bacteriological. Its free rinsing properties leave a non contaminating and bacteria free surface.
This product contains an Amphoteric biocide and has been evaluated for activity according to BS:6471 using E.Coli Salmonella and  Listeria as the test organisms,
EN1276  is the European Standard for cleaner/sanitisers and Green Up has passed all criteria for it.
The test organisms used in the test were:
E.Coli, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Staphlococcus Aureus and Entrococcus Hirae.
Dilutions will depend on degree of soiling, the sanitising results required and the type of equipment used.
At a dilution of 1:1 this product qualifies as a sanitizer to BS:6471--the product comfortably passed at a dilution of 1 :1  for the Amphoteric biocide. When tested according to the European Suspension Test protocol the Amphoteric biocide was shown to be very effective against Salmonella under clean conditions after 5 minutes contact time. When applied under reasonably clean conditions a 1 to 1 dilution was effective against Salmonella, E Coli  and  Listeria. 
 

Methods

To remove heavy soiling, apply with brush or sprayer, leave for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water. 

Where soiling is not too heavy,

GREEN UP CARTS can be diluted with water before application.
GREEN UP CARTS can also be used by simply diluting a small amount with water in a bucket; the affected area is then cleaned before rinsing. 
In the case of large oil spills, clear away as much as possible, then use GREEN UP CARTS in the final clean up stage.

 

Directions for Use
For general cleaning use at 1:2 dilution with water. Apply to the surface, leave for a while then rinse off using water.
To clean heavily contaminated areas dilute at 1:2 with water and apply, allow to soak then wash off with clean water.
If used as a hand cleaner then the product must be diluted to at least 1:3 with water.
The product is also suitable for use in automatic foam spray units.

Components

Natural non caustic readily biodegradable water based components.                                

None of the components are animal based. The liquid does not contains mineral fats, or fats produced from animals.
Green Life Group is against experiments on animals and does not include  
components from them in their products.
